We were right on the edge of a beautiful crater with stunning views. It was the perfect spot for a romantic escape. Additionally, the staff members at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. Ibu Putri went above and beyond to make our stay special, assisting us with a Bromo tour and even helping us find an ATM nearby. The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious options and the service was quick.
There were a few aspects of our stay that were a bit disappointing. the room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value I got for my money at this hotel. The rooms may be basic, but they were cozy and provided plenty of blankets and quilts for the chilly nights. The location couldn't have been better, with breathtaking views of Mount Bromo right from the terrace and restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast could have been improved with more variety of items.

I recently stayed at Cemara Indah in Bromo for a few days to explore the stunning surroundings. The location and view were absolutely perfect, with the hotel situated right on the edge of the caldera. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, arranging jeep transport for us to visit the Bromo mountain. The trails to the Sand Sea and viewpoint were conveniently located right by the hotel. Additionally, the room had everything we needed and the staff, especially Ibu Putri, were patient and helpful with our Bromo tour. The restaurant had a variety of options and provided quick service.
Can recommend this hotel.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to witness stunning sunsets right from our room. The staff were extremely helpful and made all the necessary arrangements for our transfers and the Bromo sunrise tour. It was so convenient to have everything taken care of by the hotel. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Bromo area, with easy access to the caldera and the path to the Bromo crater.
The beds were very uncomfortable, with the springs of the mattress clearly felt. The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard, as the cleaning service seemed rushed and not thorough.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the attractions. Guests can easily walk to the viewing point for sunrise and the Bromo crater. The rooms have hot water and the breakfast is good. Despite some negative reviews about the cleanliness, the hotel staff is kind and tries to accommodate the guests.
The staff at the reception may be pushy when it comes to selling additional services like jeep or motorbike rentals.
